Fly Fishing Photo Journal - Katmai Park, Alaska

A brief photo journal of fly fishing with the brown bears in the Katmai Park of Alaska.  The following photos are a few of the 300 frames shot on the trip.  The trip included daily fly-outs to remote streams in the Katmai park and with a hike of 30 minutes to an hour, we were usually fishing alone, with the exception of the native brown bears.  Our routine was primarily site casting to large rainbows, arctic char and grayling on the smaller remote streams.  What A Dream!   Check out our new Alaska Fly Fishing Lodge Selection Guide!
